Yes, about 10 years ago around halloween my ex and I and some friends were thinking about going to this supposed ghost town close by on halloween night. Later that week my then bf told me he had been on his way from my house at night and this car seemed to come out of nowhere and was following behind him when went through the underpass, he swore that the car was identical to his and all he could see was that the 'driver' appeared to have long blonde hair (just like my bf) and that when he pulled into his drive the car kept going. I thought he was just being paranoid and blew it off, about 3 days later he said the exact same thing had happend. I still thought there had to be a logical explination. The next night he picked me up from work and we almost to my place going through the underpass when he said look in the rearview mirror...Well there was a car that seemed to be identical to his following about 3 or 4 carlengths behind us. I was a little freaked out then. Then we pulled into my street and turned into the parking lot, this car also pulled in and parked about 5 spots down, it was once again dark and all I could make out was long blonde hair. We sat in the car a few minutes, scared to get out. After a few minutes the car pulled out and took off, and the car had the same identical liscense plate number as my bf. He called me when he got home and said the 'ghost' car had followed him from the underpass to his house once again. We never saw it again after the night. I still don't know exactly why it happened, my ibest guess was that it was a message to stay out of that ghost town on halloween night. We didn't go, I've actually never been there. I know this sounds strange, and trust me, it still freaks me out, I would love to hear a logical explination!

I've never seen a real one, but I have had my spirit guide visit me in dreams. He's quite cuddly. Scared the living crap out of me at first, because I have no clue why something I couldn't see was holding me.

It's great though, because one time I just about went flying. It's an amazing feeling, and you can tell the difference between a dream and astral travel and such. Even when it is a dream, you can tell when your spirit guide is there.

One time I was running down this hill as if a car was about to come speeding down over the top of it, and I felt his hands grab my waist and lift me up a bit. I kept trying to run, but eventually I just lifted my legs off the ground and I flew up into the air before landing gently. It's an amazing feeling, and there's nothing else like it.

I've also helped a ghost that was at my home. Although I can't see or hear ghosts, I can feel them. This guy was quite scary. It felt like whenever I went outside at night, that something was running at me. So I always used to run back inside really quickly. But once I made contact through my spirit guide, I helped him to realize that he needed to move on. and now when I go outside, it's nowhere near as freaky anymore. It doesn't feel like anything is watching me.

one night when i was watching tv on my bed with my daughter who had just turned three, she pointed to the closet door which was closed and said "mommy, who is that?", i look over and of course no one is there so i go back to watching tv. seconds later she does the same thing, and again seconds later she asks and then points again and asking me who that is. ok so by now im thinking my toddler is on crack or something and i just play along, i say is it a boy or a girl? she says a boy. then she says the word "scary" and then whatever she saw or thought she saw must have went away because she turned back to the tv. I had a male family member die weeks before this happened. I was very upset over his passing- partly because he was so young, and he was such a good guy. I of course dont know what my daughter saw, but id like to think it was Robert.

yes, i refuse to watch most of the times, as i am truly scared, but i can still feel them and hear them. they are spirits. and some i already know from when they were alive. they come to me but i am not ready yet. anyway, the worst time was when i was 13. i was in bed reading a book for school(siddharta, the story of buddha by herman hesse), i get half way though the book end of part one. i put the book down. turn the light off and hug my teddy, i roll on one side and close my eyes. aprox 10 minutes after that my body goes all stiff, i am pinned to my bed my eyes are open, and i cannot close them. my head is on the side. as i struggle to move i hear heavy breathing and i see the black shape of a man next to my window looking at me, he stood there and i could not move or close my eyes. i tried to scream but could't , after what seemed like eternity, i finally managed to move, so i rolled myself off the bed, to the floor, i turned on the light and tv. i was on my own at home. this happened to me several times afterwards, the last time was 3 years ago. but this time i could not open my eyes and there was a piercing scream going through ear to ear, when that stopped there was an old lady rocking beside me who told me a man's name and surname 3 times, then went. i cannot remember that name.
there are so many that is difficult to pick one, but this really scared me. is a horrible situation i do not like to be in!

all the best

I saw a fellow nurse who had died in a car crash walking the halls of our floor in the hospital where I worked. I could hear her shoes on the floor. She was slightly translucent but looked like she did in life.

I've looked and I have seen very little. I've wanted to see, because I've wanted to know the truth. I've gone to supposedly "haunted" places and I have seen people being afraid and causing themselves to have hallucinations. I've been to seances and I've seen people pretending to channel spirits. I've looked.
What I actually HAVE seen is people "channeling" spirits because they want to channel spirits or because they have subconscious fears of spirits and they are acting their fears out. If you want to be scared, people subconsciously channeling their fears are very scary.
