Yes indeed. I personally really enjoyed the Anita Blake series. The characters are unusual in that even most of the villains have humanizing qualities that make see them in a different light. As to new books, I really have no idea, but anticipate more of the same brilliant work.

Next anita book should be out at christmas, and she has a website w/blog also. kinda neat to get sneak peeks at what she is writing :)
oops, also have some recommendations:
LA Banks vampire huntress legend - good but get REALLY detailed & convoluted
Charlaine Harris Sookie Stackhouse, southern vampire stories, very good & may be made into HBO series :)
Maryjanice Davidson undead series - UNBELIEVABLY funny about a vampire queen named Betsy :)

there's talk about her starting a whole new series. and it's supposed to be out next fall. sometime

Like the stories but could use alittle more action, less sex. It gets repettitive.
