It is the pyrethin based system that sprays 4 times a day. All the info I can find says bad for folks with asthma (my husband) and wxtremely toxic to aquatic life. I was hoping to find someone that has gone up against a company like this and had some ammo to offer. I have already spoke with the Nat'l Institute Pesticide Control and they confirmed my fears but they are an impartial counsel and no real help there.

Your neighbors are likely to be using "malathion"
without knowing exactly how to use it. Talk to them
and let them know what is happening. As malathion
is used for mosquito's, it is toxic to fish and amphibians.

UPDATE:

go to www.cdms.net
click on AG-CROP....type malathion or
any other chemical name into search.
It has to be the chemical product name, not the ingredients
It will open up a screen with that chemical. Then click on
"label"or "msds". You can get your info from there.

Is this the Arctic system? There are no chemicals involved, just carbon dioxide. The killing action is the mosquitoes being blasted against the jar sides by the fan.

If it is a system that is spraying a pesticide, then you have a two fold concern. The pesticide but more importantly........and what applies to the Arctic system........the lack of food for your animals.

Find out what system they have before you confront them.
