Why do you never see women from other planets/solar systems. Surely it's unfair to only include women from Earth !

Unfortunately Miss Universe is only shown on earth. There is a possibility that a tv franchise channel in Saturn may possibly bid for the rights but until that is confirmed, it will only be earth bound beauties in the show.

Its because the competition was started on Earth, and if we allowed other planets to compete we may never win again as there is a possibility that alien models could have 3 or more breasts! It is therefore restricted to just earth so we don't lose every year.

Lol, I've always said the same thing, It's stupid to call it Miss Universe, When women from only planet Earth are competing. Just call it Miss World. This damn planet is soo self centered.

Because earthlings as a whole are racist and snobs. Only women from our planet are pretty enough.
