Total Video Convert could convert .mov to a .avi file. http://www.effectmatrix.com/ 15 days free trial.

You need a movie conversion program. You might use Google.com and search for 'converter .mov .avi' . You will probably have to buy a program, but try and do research first if you can by looking for forums where this might be discussed. At least, try out the program first with its 'demo' version before forking over any dough.

you need to import the video into action picture Maker. notwithstanding, on condition that .mov is a apple quicktime format, I doubt action picture Maker helps it. attempt looking a .mov to .avi or .mpg converter then import into action picture Maker.
