I think you should try a different sweater. The white doesn't seem to work with the skirt and shoes combo. Otherwise, that should be alright to wear.

depends what kind of company it is. If it is a financial or "city" company then black or navy are the only colours to be worn with a little colour on the shirt area if you like. If it is a more relaxed company then this would be fine although I would worry about the height of the heels. Are you able to walk around all day in them.

Hi-

I think in my opinion for the first day at office- nick the skirt and shoes...Go for a plain knee length black skirt or dark navy skirt..OR Pants in those colors. Nick the earrings and go for small non dangly in a plain color..Silver, gold or pearl...Black Shoes or Dark Navy Shoes.

It looks great to me, although I think you may find the shoes a little high. Perhaps a lower heel would be better. Good luck.

I might go a warmer shade for the sweater, something more in the brown family, it would still match the skirt yet it is more in season color wise.
