so what do i do to make the video work i do have psp converter but i dont know how to use it.

how to use depends on what kind of converter you are using. The basic procedure is similar, like following,
Insert the file(s) you want to convert in the tasks list and specify the Target Format to PSP or click the Convert to PSP icon on the Actions tab. When the "Insert Files" dialog appears, browse to the location of the file and select it. The Target format will automatically set to PSP. Set the name of the Target File on the File Settings - File page. Click the Start Converting icon on the Tasks List toolbar to start the conversion process.
