Evil, being a word of moral judgement (therefore of emotional judgement), has no practical definition.

<< Bad, morally wrong, evil, wicked etc. are simply statements of emotional opinion. >>
<< So all these definitions are discarded on the basis of not being PRACTICALLY defined. >>

<< This is the only line in the given definition that has any meaning. >>
\\Something that is a cause or source of suffering, injury, or destruction://

<< But wait, this definition includes all militaries that engage ever for any reason, hurricanes, tornadoes, drought, automobiles, and a great lot of other things that we don't consider to be "evil", doesn't it? >>

Well, the regimes in Iran, Iraq and North Korea were definitely an axis. So does this mean you believe that the regimes in the three countries were/are not evil?

It is hard to comprehend that you would even consider comparing the two statements. You and TexasBoy above need an attitude adjustment.

Evil has no practical definition??

1st, there is no such word as "stupider", it should be "more stupid", but I guess ignorance of grammer is the least of your intelectual problems.

Are you denying that Kim Jung Il, Saddan Hussain & the Mullahs running Iran Aren't evil? Are you saying that the US is the great Satan?

If the answer to both questions is no, your question makes no sense. If you answer yes to either, you are 1 sick puppy.

The Arabs hate Gods chosen people, the Jews and they hate the USA for being friends with the Jews, the reference to the axis if evil is correct according to their deeds.

Should we hold our President to a higher standard than the Ayatollah? In context I think it was pretty mild, Iran is a political shamble and the Ayatollah is a madman according to every Iranian I've spoken to. When our President says stuff like that it freaks me out.

Ewww, throwing insults. Big deal. It doesn't mean anything on either side. If Bush would have called them fluffy teddy bears, they'd still hate us. They can call me the Satan for all I care. I won't wear a head scarf.

No their about the same level of stupidity. But in reality who's wrong? Neither. We do a lot of foul stuff and so do they - so in essence it's the pot calling the skillet black. But the 'Great Satan' does have a more poetic and hateful ring to it than 'Axis of Evil' - that one is just too hollywood.
