1 stone =14 pounds, and 2.2 pounds = 1 kilogram.
If you weighed 10 stone you would convert as follows:
10 X 14 = 140lb. Then 140/ 2.2 to convert to kilograms.

Formula:
Number of stone x 14 / 2.2
For feet to metres:
Multiply the number of feet by 12 to get the number of inches.
There are 2.5 cm to 1 inch so
Multiply the total number of inches by 2.5 to get the height in cm.
Then divide by 100 to get the total in metres - there are a hundred centimetres in a metre.

So, if you were 5 foot 5 inches you would do the following:
5 x 12 = 60, + 5 = 65 inches.
65 x 2.5 = 162.5 centimetres.
162.5/ 100 = 1.625 metres.

Formula:
Number of feet x 12 + number of inches spare that do not equal a whole foot x 2.5 / 100

At 5'6", 50kg (110lbs or 7st 12oz) is a little on the "too slender" side anyway. Why would you want to lose more. You'll be bony rather than slim and it just won't look right. Clothes will "hang" on you rather than fit you. Just to put your situation into perspective, my youngest child weighs 28lbs, so just over half what you weigh. She's of average build and height for her age. I weigh 53.3kg (or 118lb/8st6oz). That's after 3 children. Before I had the children, I was told I may not be able to get pregnant, because at 7 1/2 stone (47.2kg) I was possibly too underweight. I have a small frame, but am not "petite" in clothes. I tried my absolute best to put weight on as a teenager, but failed all the time. I actually don't care what I weigh now, its whether its toned or not that bugs me more! If you are skinny rather than of average weight for your height and build, your long-term health can take a hit. Osteoporosis is a nightmare when you are older as it makes you prone to bone fractures as your bones are brittle. Your organs in general, don't work as well as they could if you are dieting all the time or are unfortunately underweight anyway. Your hair, skin, nails and cycle all show signs of lack of the proper nutrition and you'll tend to be always catching colds or viruses. I don't mean to lecture you, but just want you to take a step back and really really take a long-term view of what you want to look like against what you actually do look like. If you can afford to, or have someone who will pay for it, go have a consult with a colour and style professional. Ask them to be honest with you about your size in relation to your build and body type. Make a properly informed decision about dieting or not, after that. By the way, my youngest daughter is 86cm tall (or 2'10"). She's just over 2yrs old. Edit: If you must try to look slimmer, then take an exercise class to tone your muscles. You will initially "lose" weight doing this, but will make your muscles denser and thus heavier. You can look and feel better by doing a class just once a week, not every day!

for weight use this simple formula

let W be your weight in stone
let K be your weight in kilos

/ = divide
x = times

W x 14 / 2.2 = K

if i weigh 10stone ten:
e.g 10 x 14 / 2.2 = 63.636kg

for height use this simple formula

let F be the amount of feet in your height
let I be the amount of inches in your height
let C be your height in centimetres

(12F + I) x 2.54 = C

if im 5ft 11in tall
e.g (12 x 5 + 11) x 2.54 = 180cm or 1metre 80cm or 1.8metres

divide this answer by 100 to get your height in metres.

A stone is 14 lbs., and a kilogram is 2.2 lbs. To convert stones to kilograms multiply by 14/2.2=6.36. I weigh 145.5 kg. or 22.9 stones. Convert your height to inches and multiply by 2.54 to get centimeters; multiply that by 10 to get millimeters or divide by 10 to get meters. I am 6'-1"=1854mm=185.4cm=1.854m!

I find this site helpful as it converts loads of things not just weight or lenght. Or you could try the second link for the formulas, as it tells what u need to multiply by to get the answer.

1 stone=14#=14/2.2046=6.35kg
multiply your mass in stones by 6.35 to get your mass in kg.

example, I weigh about 14.3 stones. 14.3*6.35=90.8kg

1 in=2.54cm
multiply the feet by 12 & add the inches to get your height in inches.
multiply your height in inches by .0254 to get your height in meters.

example
I am 5' 19"
5*12=60; 60+10=70 in
70*.0254=1.78m

1 stone = 6.35029318 kilograms or 14 pounds.

As far as the length goes... you have to multiply the feet times 12 and add it to the inches then multiply be .0254
