No it does not drain your battery when you jumpstart another car.
The one thing to be very careful about is that since most newer cars are a lot of computer based options is that you may destroy your computer and the other car's computer.
Battery and charging safety precautions

Always follow these safety precautions when charging or handling a battery.

Wear eye protection when working around batteries. Batteries contain corrosive acid and produce explosive gas a byproduct of their operation. Acid on the skin should be neutralized with a solution of baking soda and water made into a paste. In case acid contacts the eyes, flush with clear water and seek medical attention immediately.
Avoid flame or sparks that could ignite the hydrogen gas produced by the battery and cause an explosion. Connection and disconnection of cables to battery terminals is one of the most common causes of sparks.
Always turn a battery charger off, before connecting or disconnecting the leads. When connecting the leads, connect the positive lead first, then the negative lead, to avoid sparks.
When lifting a battery, use a battery carrier or lift at opposite corners of the base.
Be sure there is good ventilation in a room where the battery is being charged.
Do not attempt to charge or load-test a maintenance-free battery when the charge indicator dot is yellow or clear, or otherwise indicating insufficient electrolyte..
Disconnect the negative battery cable if the battery is to remain in the vehicle during the charging process.
Be sure the ignition switch is OFF before connecting or turning the charger ON. Sudden power surges can destroy electronic components.
Use proper adapters to connect charger leads to side terminal batteries.
When turning the charger ON, slowly increase the charge rate. If gassing or spewing occurs, turn the charger OFF.

If your car is not running and recharging as it should, then definitely yes. But, as long as your running normal and your belts are properly tightened any drain will be recharged within a few minutes. It doesn't hurt to rev the engine a bit once the cables are correctly attached and sometimes a really dead battery (still chargeable) takes a little time especially in cold weather.
The age of the car doesn't really matter, the age of the battery does. Check if it needs water in the cells(if it is that type battery) and be sure to connect - to - anode and + to + anode. A crossed cable will blow your alternator.

Sure it does, but ur battery should be able to top up, when the engine is running. Continuous/too many attempts of jump start other car will drain ur battery fast. And make sure ur engine is running when jump starting. And also make sure you have a minimum 40 mins of ride before you stop ur engine.
If other car is older, it may take more time/too many attempts to start. The above answer still holds good.

Only if your car isnt running. If your car is running then your altinator will help charge the other battery that is why sometimes you have to wait 5 minutes or so to start the other car.

It will a little bit but not enough to make a difference. When you run your car the alternator recharges your battery so if there was nothing wrong with your battery to begin with then it should not cause any long term effects.

no not usually, I do not believe it does; at least not enough to affect it being able to run and turn on...but, if after all the answers given you here, you still are not sure or certain and confident that your question has been satisfied, contact the car dealership or a car auto parts place to ask them and they should be able to more specifically answer your question and help you out, I hope that this helps a bit!
