Asking questions takes away 5 points each time. People are just trying to be economical. Ask too many questions and you'll never rise up the Yahoo levels.

They should give proper full answers, and I think there should be a requirement to get a certain percentage of 10 pointers before promotion.

Besides, most fact-based questions can be answered with a google search.
