I kinda thought he was Canadian. Maybe in the mold of Dudley-Do-Right. Always convinced he's right. Not terribly bright. And when Snidley Whiplash has Nell tied to the railroad tracks, Dubya-Do-Right rides off to find her at the sawmill.
Plus, he just loves the uhm... snow.

n he is basically from Born in New Haven, Connecticut, Texas.
n he's frm the place itself.

he might be more likely to use the word "ayuh" at the end of his sentences, although I'm not sure if that's a Canadian thing or if that's just the way they talk in Maine. It's almost Canada though!
