What Majors needed to be classified as a chef?

Im doing my career porfolio and i need to know what Majors i need in order to be considered as a chef.

You'll likely need to go to a culinary institute that specializes in cooking. At a general university, the closest major you could get is probably Nutrition - which is good to know, but it won't teach you how to cook.
