I can no longer browse with my computer.?

If I switch on my computer,on the desktop page it is written< Error Loading C:PROGRA~1NEWDOT~1\NEWDOT~2.DLL
The specified module could not be found.>Because of this I can not do anything on the internet.The internet browser always says the page could not be found.Pls what do I do to start using the PC again.

First, I would suspect a virus. Reboot into SAFE MODE, using the F8 key during startup. Then run a full scan.

You should have an anti-spyware solution on your computer. I recommend that you go to http://www.download.com and get AD-AWARE and SpyBot Search & Destory. Install, run, update and scan your computer with both programs.
