You can offer whatever masters courses you like. However, since you are not even a university, let alone an accredited one, you will not get any take-up from prospective students, no matter how hard you try - sorry.

I have some further advice for you. Now that you have graduated (and I assume that you got an Archbishop Desmond), you should take a course in remedial English to correct your obvious deficiencies. This will enhance your prospects in the job market, and enable you to produce a curriculum vitae of a professional standard. Good luck.
