Ok i just quit my job because of the same problem....All you need to remember is that THEY can't read your mind nor hear your thoughts so no matter how hard they try to come down on you....you can be thinking things about them that are far worse than what they think of you. i always did. gave me a good laugh. I don't do well with authority anyway...laughter is a good way to vent. Look at their face when they are going at with you and just die laughing and you'll realize tht just watching their facial expression can be funny as hell. have a laugh on me.

Old wife tale. You need a mate. You have too little on your mind if all of that is getting to you. With a mate you will be so busy trying to keep your mate happy that you won't have the time to be tense, just tired.

If you think to reduce it, it will increase further. Think about something else or engage yourself in activity which is of your interest like table tennis, cricket, dance drama anything which require you to attentive, no tv pls.

Simply my friend, be calm for sometime to think what's happening. u can also try counting nos. when u feel that u r getting tensed....

find a Hobie you enjoy....like riding bikes...walking the dog(if u have one)...dancing...ect. and just sit down and dot it when ever u fell that way again....for example my hobbies are wrestling and video games.....when i fell stressed or angry or anything i will either go to the practice room for wrestling(if it is open) or i will play same games....it is very simple
