Yes. The distance to the Moon is 30 times the diameter of the Earth, so it looks pretty much the same to you wherever you are on Earth.

Yes, but the moon may not be visible from both places at the same time. If you're seeing the full moon set as the sun rises in London, say 7:00am, it's 9 hours later in sydney or 4:00pm. The moon will rise in Sydney 3 hours later or 7:00am Sydney time. The phase of the moon is not affected at all by your geographical location.

Yes. If it's a full moon in one place it will be in another. Obviously the size of the moon or time you see it will differ though.
