how rare is it?

for someone at the age of 20 to not have any work experience and never ahd a job?

This day and time it's not rare at all since every generation tries to make better for their kids and give them EVERYTHING the planet has to offer. Thinking it's a good to do this---it's completely opposite and they end up like you---no experience since you never HAD to work. Go find a job whether you need the money or not.

it actually is not rare for someone at the age of 20 not to have a job experience or even work. that's for those who are not determined to make it in life and decide to be hoodlums. but for those who are experienced and don't have a job i'll say its because there are no job vacansies or they've not gone out actually to prove themselves to those employers that they can actually do the job and turn things around.

I know loads of people. Most of the girls I went to school with in fact. Only a few of us actually had after school jobs, and after school most went to University (with mommy or daddy's funding) and are currently studying.Some until they are 21, before they start placement work, others just hang around the house until their parents kick them out. So don't worry, there are loads of people out there.
As Liza above me mentions, it's not uncommon amongst the rich.

I have an friend whose 30-something older sister has never worked a day in her life. I guess it isn't rare among the very rich.

I have a few people in my Resort Tourism Seminar class that have never had a job. Its not too common though.

it is not rare if you live at home with your parents or they pay your bills but there are many reasons why someone one of that age hasn't worked not just because mama and daddy are rich
