Go into Messaging.
Then into Settings.
Then into Text messages
You should have "Receive Reports" , click on that .
This will allow you to either Stop or receive Reports.
After selecting which option- just hit the Red Button/Or receiver DOWN

I don't think Vodafone support delivery reports as a network, even if it's a feature on the phone, it is not a service they offer
