I usually use them in several occasions. Aromatherapy usually can be divided into 3 groups, i.e. Relaxing and calming, Therapeutic, Stimulating and uplifting.
For anxiety, stress, depression, i usually use lavender, sandalwood, patchouli, jasmine, frankincense, bergamot. But it depends on my mood.
For circulation-poor i use sage, peppermint, lemon grass, juniper, basil.
For jetlag, i use lavender, geranium, cypress, peppermint.
For nausea i use mandarin, lemon, ginger.
Ofcourse all depend to personal believing of their effectiveness.
I use all since 2004, and i find their benefits.
You can use lavender or bergamot in your office, to make calm atmospheres.

I use lavendar every night for myself and my son, it relaxes the body and mind and helps to fall asleep and sleep soundly. Also orange oil and vanilla can be an anti-stress solution. I love aromatherapy and am always trying new ones! They really do work well.

Yes! Essential oils are just that 'essential'! I use lavender, tea tree and rosemary to help control headaches. To anyone who hasn't tried it for stress, give it a shot.
