Not at all. How outgoing a person is doesn't change how fashionable they are. It's almost like comparing apples and oranges. You could have extroverts who dress like they've had the same ratty clothes for years and have introverts who are the epitome of cutting edge fashion. One doesn't necessarily have a bearing on the other.
