It's still murder. All that a clone would be is a human being with the exact genetic make up as you, they are not the same person. Personal identity comprises more than simply your genetic make up. Your clone would not make all the same choices in life as you, and hence would have a different experience of life. Ergo they are a different person. Murder, plain and simple. Great question though!
