nope but a Frenchman did, but went insane after burrowing 200miles into the ground, came up and wrote the novel "Journey to the center of the earth".

No, nobody is really that dumb it is currently impossiable to dig to china and most people know this you would burn up before ever getting there but im sure sometime in the future someone somewhere will figure out a way to dig a hole to china somehow or another

So far as i know - some American is doing that in order to find some roots of their culture - if Chinese are doing that - maybe will go to Brazil not US.
