Wow, I'm absolutely shocked that over half the women here didn't even understand that you already have a suit, in navy, and aren't trying to decide what color suit you should get, but what color shoes&belt they should be... well, anyway, I suggest a dark brown or chestnut belt for it to blend with the navy suit more-- it'll be much more flattering-- and seeing as how shoes usually have to be in a (appropriate) contrast with your clothes, go for well-polished jet black shoes. Not too pointy, or it is really cheap and unflattering. not very masculine either. Hope I've answered you! : )

Wow! you have a variety of answers already, on both sides! I would say to try the brown first. Brown compliments navy very well. Then try the black. Take your time to look at each one and then YOU decide which you like better. If you feel comfortable in your choice, then you will act confident and look well-groomed.
