Device Manager
Click on USB port and choose to disable.

Right-click My Computer on the desktop and select Properties.

Then, under the Hardware tab, go to device manager.

Find the USB category in the list and expand this list.

Right-click the port you wish to disable and click on...disable!

Click START > RUN then type DEVMGMT.MSC the device manager will open then right click on the USB (Universal Serial Bus) and clicl on disable
