Take everything out of the car that is trash and vacuum it from front to back. I know there is something to spray on the dashboard to clean it but I forgot what it's called right now. That should do it.

Depends on how dirty your car is. i mean, if there are any stains or spills on the seats n upholstery, then u got no option but to remove the seats covers and shampoo them. if its just dust n paper, the best wud be to blow all the stuff out n then use the suction part in ur vacuum cleaner to clean the remaining stuff. if the car mats are made of rubber, then u can wash them. but if they are made of cloth, its best to just vacuum it coz it really takes lotta time to dry when u wash them. maybe this should help.
