When I'm happy, I like upbeat music...but when I'm ticked, I want something angry, just to help me work it out. Any suggestions?

My favorite is "One of My Turns" by Pink Floyd in The Wall:

This song is vile but the band is Blood For Blood and the song is So Common, So Cheap. I like it when a break up is going on.
