Over the years i've kept finchs, parrots, doves, quails, cockatiels, galahs, ducks, kookaburra(only for a few weeks), mice, guinea pigs, turtles, eels, frogs, axolotls, heaps of different fish, snakes, blue tongue lizards, rabbits, dogs cats and probably a few others.
Just wondering what other people have kept as pets

Gee, I don't know how to define strange. I've had horses, dogs, cats, rabbits, chickens, turkeys, ducks, hamsters, rats, mice, guinea pigs, snakes, iguanas, spiders, anoles, a goat, and a scorpion. But all of my animals are strange in their own way, it has something to do with the way I spoil them. At present I have three black cats, two neutered males(brothers), and a unfixed female, the female acts likes a dog, she follows me everywhere around the house and will attack other animals that come into the house (except the brothers). All three cats will sit up like meerkats, now that is a strange site.

My family has owned 3 chinchillas, although only 2 at the same time. They are really fun, but they use this dust stuff which is a real pain in the *** cuz it gets everywhere. We used to let them run around in our basement bathroom until they found a way to get behind the wall. It was pretty scarey. But they got out.

I am a animal lover I have had all kinds. Presently I have a dog and a green garden lizard (an Anole) Who has adopted my house as its home I have had it for three months. I am sure it survives on tiny bugs (used to have tiny black jumping spiders now they are all gone) and must drink from my dogs water bowl during the night. Its name is Lizzie (original huh!) yes it is a female. I swear I am not nuts!!!

We had 5 baby opossums once. They were abandoned by their mother. We raised them for a few weeks until they were old enough to go out on their own, and then we set them free. They used to like to just hand by their tail on my finger...they were actually pretty cute I thought, lol.
