Blue shirt, but what color are the pants? And is the shade of blue light, dark, bright, etc...
In generalization for a causal outfit, then yes, blue and brown are fine together. Black tends to match a bit better, but there is nothing wrong with wearing brown.

Yes, blue and brown go well together. I wouldn't wear the black with the blue unless you are a cowboy looking to dress up.

blue and brown can look very smart, depends on the tones, a nice chocolate brown suit, with a teal (darker blue/green) or a light blue looks good. AVOID BLACK SHOES with brown trousers...pleeeaseee!
