For the Dents you can (if they are not in a CREASE) take a bathroom plunger and wet the place where it is dented and wet it, and push the plunger on the dent and pull it out. If it is scratched, go to an Auto Parts store and you can buy touchup paint if it down to the metal. If it is a minor abrasion you can probably buff it out with a polish or wax.

if the metal is not creased by the dent it can be popped out, if the scratches sre deep they can be buffed out. you can do this yourself go to an auto supply store and ask they will tell you what you need. Pep boys Autosource, Canadian tire.

look in yellow pages or similar source, and find a mobile body repair technician. Ive got 2 mates that do it and its usually between £50 and £200 depending on what damage is on the vehicle. its usually done on the same day and you can watch what there doing. the weather is a factor and you do need a dry day to start. i don't like body repair shops coz Ive worked in them and Ive seen what goes on. believe it or not when i was panel beating Ive seen colleagues stealing from customers vehicles,( not good!).
