No she will not be okay if she DOES have worms! The truth is, 85% of us have some type of parasite, and don't even know it! There are drugs to get rid of them, but they have side effects. There is an all natural cure for this however. If this is ring worm, which appears on the skin, take a black walnut, and rub it on the spot 2 or 3 times a day until it's gone. If it is an intestinal parasite, you will need to go to this web site....CureZone.com. It will give you all the info. Good luck!

If they are thread worms she may just get better on her own; however as previously stated there is a remedy called Ovex which is available over the counter, 2 tablets week apart that`s it. No point putting up with it for a couple of quid is there? .
The worms probably won`t do her any real harm although i have heard they can damage the sight in rare instances and they can be transfered to house mates via towels, bedding etc.
They are usually picked up from dogs mess in soil. Got to love those lazy dog owners eh?

Some people purposely get worms for slimming.
She needs to visit the doctor or pharmacy who will give her a solution to get rid of the worms usually in the for of a sachet.
If she does not want to do this maybe you might suggest she take up fishing and use the worms as free fish bait.
Tell her thousand of people get them and not top be embarrassed or go to the chemist for her for if you have had close contact you may have them too

How does she know that she has worms? Are they coming out?
She should go to the doc asap!!! Worms can cause all sorts of problems, depending on the kind of worm it is. Some can make you starve, as they take up all the food, some can even be in the blood and travel up to the brain or heart. I know it sounds like a horror movie, but it is indeed serious and parasites should be killed. Also, you can get worms from her, so check yourself for them.
Usually you can get worms from pets, if they have worms, or some children get them from infected soil. Some parasites can be transmitted through food itself.

I was watching something the other night on TV about this. It is said that 1/3 of humans will experience a parasitic infection at least once in their life.
There was also an episode of House last week that had an autistic boy who had worms from eating sand. Not that your girl eats sand... At any rate, it can be fatal. She needs immediate medical attention.

My first suggestion would be for your friend to stop being sick and see a doctor about sorting out her ****! I once read that the worms itch worse at night as they come out of the anus at night so the second suggestion is for her to lie naked in the dark while you (or another close friend) wait with a baseball bat!
How did you come to discover your mates little visitors? Surely if she can admit it to you then she can tell a doctor?
