This world is full of so many hateful people, and yes I do notice that there are some that agree with people that are racist agiants asians, and that is so unfair. We all are humans here, meaning that we all are equal, the race of many people puts a lot of intresting variety on this earth, and it's all the more better that way, thanks to God. The next time you see a racist comment or question againts asians or any one else just report it to yahoo by clicking the: "Report Abuse" link, therefore we all can put an end to all the racist people's bad questions and comments. Are You With Me?

I'm not racists at all; my whole thing is, all these foreign people come here and don't have to pay taxes; so they can come here and get rich while most of us Americans are working our asses off, and we have to give our hard earned money in taxes. And they also work for less money, so jobs that could be helping us out, are going to illegal immigrants and things. I just do not think it's fair. If they want to come here, then they should have to do all the things we do; not work for less and take jobs from us, and they should have to pay taxes. That's just my opinion; and I am not racists. I have no problem with them coming here as long as they follow by our rules.

Yes...I have realized and it is quite true.

Basically, I think it boils down to culture and history.

The fact that Africa has been colonized by the Anglo-Saxons. Their people are sold as slaves in the western world and they have always help the Anglo-Saxons fight their wars. There are only minor rebellions (Zulu wars & Black Panthers). Thus, to the perception of the world's committee, the African-Americans (Blacks) are a suppressed race. They gain lots of sympathy. Furthermore, in recent eras, the African-Americans (Blacks) are more 'open' to expressing their views and they recieved alot of media attention.

However, in Asian history, Anglo-Saxons had fought many wars in Asia and lost some of them (World War 2, Opium War / Boxer Rebellion, Vietnam War, Korean Wars, Gulf war, Iran war). Thus, there are an innate resentment for Asians. It is also the culture of Asian to be more submissive and less vocal. They are generally peace-loving, but can become very voilent only when being cornered. This has contributed the perception that Asian race being easily bullied and casted as scape goats.

In addition, Media (Movies / Soap Operas, esp Hollywood) has always portayed Asians as Sluts, Bimbos, Prostitutes, Cowards, Useless Side-kicks, Smugglers, Triads, Yakuzas, (Money-grabbing) sweatshop or restaurant owners, Traitors or Villians. Thus, further damaging the image of Asians.

In conclusion, it is a sad but true fact racisim still exist in this world. And there are even in-equality in the attention certain race recieved for racisim. We are still living in a race segregated world. Unless, all Asian communities unite and voice their concerns...things will still remain.

Hope things change soon....

Cheers.

Any form of racism is ridiculous. I think racist people have some kind of mental illness. We are all humans with the same feelings.
