Call the DNR, they can come out tranquilize it, and than remove the jar carefully. And than relocate him somewhere so safe away from humans.

I am not a real fan of honey or bears so I would have a real big guy just taunt the bear into chasing him and then pick up the honey and return it to the store the bear had stolen it from seeing that bears are not known for carrying money.
