I would consult your primary healthcare practitioner before starting a Vitamin program. Bruising can be a symptom of a deeper cause.

Vitamins might not be necessary. If you are eating a balanced diet high in vegetables, you do not have to supplement with vitamins.

Herbs can also help but you need to see an Herbalist who is properly trained. I would contact the American Herbalists Guild for a recommendation.

Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners can greatly help in this situation. Chinese Herbs, Acupuncture, and Asian Bodywork Therapy can help you. Once again, you will need to consult a qualified practitioner. They will need to perform a full assessment before starting a treatment plan.

I hope this helps,

AJ

Vitamin C is recomended for briusing, the first choice of course is in its natural form , drink Orange Juice, second choice supplement . However on your next office visit to your Doctor, bring it to the attention that you have problems with easily bruising and explain the details, and let the Doctor look into it if he/she finds it necessary.

Try taking a chewable multi-vitamin. They're the best.
