dont worry bout it coz i have that problem 2.....:P just make sure that when ur studying that u find somewhere quite, u just have the book that u want 2 study 4 in front of u and nothing else and have nothing around 2 distract u.
if ur finding that u cant study that subject at all then find something else 2 do 4 a bit like grab a snack then have another go at studying.

Make sure you eat breakfast every morning, studies have shown that this increases alertness. Take an omega 3 supplement, and log off of this website!
