I believe it is a distinct possibility given the amount of unaccounted for nuclear material in the world. I do not think it is likely that this will be done by a nation state though. No matter how fanatical these leaders may be, most understand that such a move would be catastrophic to their own well being. However, terrorists do not owe allegiance to any country. They are far more likely to attack with nukes or other WMDs should they find themselves in possession of one.

If N. Korea and Iran have their way, you betcha. They've already said they will. And it aint got nothing to do with Bush#2 when you consider Carter, Reagan, Bush#1, Clinton, & Putin all sold him the parts. Let's see, at last count that's 2 Dem's, 2 Rep's, and 1 Commy. Yep, pretty even score.

I really hope that we can come to our sense's an get rid of all the nukes...otherwise we will nuke each other an that will be the end of that.The ones that die will be the lucky ones
