I think you should try to ask the question so that we can understand what you are saying,when you say you are trying to find a mobile owner by its name,do you mean you are trying to find the details of someone whose mobile number you have,if this is the case ring the number and pretend to be someone and ask for the persons name,otherwise you have no chance.

If you are wanting the person name of who owns the phone. That is unlikely to know other than calling it from a different name, and acting like you are someone else. Or have someone else call it to find out.
