Get a digital camera, snap some pictures of everything and anything. Digital cameras provide the instant gratification that we all so desire plus you can delete the cruddy ones immediately. Load them onto your computer and edit with a photo editing program. You'll be surprised how much fun it is to change a regular photo into a work of art. After a month you will be thinking, wow I'm pretty good at this.

Give walking a try, so you can clear your head, relieve stress and its good for you. Also try scrapbooking or reading, something to make your mind wander and think. These are just a few things I do and enjoy. Goodluck.

Reading.. listening to music ( soft music ) .. these kind hobbies makes u feel relax and in reading u learn some thing

start learning a new musical instrument i know its quiet an investment but the time u spend on ur music wil be relaxing and very enjoyable
