Click the history button on the toolbar and start deleting all the pages 1 by 1.
To delete other internet files, go to "my computer", right click your hard disk drive and click properties then go to disk clean up. It may take a while to scan. Uncheck every box except temporary internet files. Make sure you do this or u may lose a lot of programs that u may need. Then click "Ok".
That should do it!!

You also need to run a piece of optimising software on your hard drive if you want to cover your tracks. When you delete stuff from your PC, it leaves a 'ghost' on the drive. These are what the police/FBI recover to incriminate people. You've been bad haven't you? Your mom wants to use your PC and you're worried she'll find you porn links!

Get window washer, it clears all tracks on your pc. Even the FBI would not be able to retreive them.
