Do not worry if you are thinking about it all the time, it is just your bio-clock ticking. I thought about it every second from the point when I decide to conceive to the point I found out I was preganant. Nevertheless it happened and now I have a beautiful baby boy.

I am the first one to tell people not to think about it. because it almost worried me to death and cause problems with my marriage. I was were you were 4years ago. I got pregnant and just when I was on top of the world I lost it, don't make it were this is all you think about it could hurt you later. My suggestion is to try to keep a handle on your thoughts about it, think positive but don't make it your life. When I clam down with my thoughts and put other things on my mind and put me having a child in the back of my mind, when I least expected it I got pregnant without the doctor help and now I am 26 weeks and it will happen for you. I told God I was leaving it in his hands and he gave me the biggest shocker this year. Pray and it will happen don't give up your faith. If you ever need anyone to talk to about trying to conceive e-mail me at msleya2002@yahoo.com. Good Luck~~and God Bless

Good question! lol I've been TTC since last December. I've actually improved now and I only really think about it the week right before my period - rather than ALL month lol. But that week before, boy, what a roller coaster ride! I get anxious, irritated, do stupid things, and am just a plain ol mess from nerves. I wish you the best, baby dust to us both! It's so hard NOT thinking about it especially when the world around you has or is having babies... sigh.. if you find the answer, let me know!

The fact is, some people have to think about it and time their love making to get pregnant. Everyone is different and it takes more trying for some than it does for others.
You can either educate yourself and chart, take your temp, and take ovulationt tests to get pregnant faster...
OR
You can just go with the flow and hope you catch an egg....
It depends on your personality and whether or not one way will make you a crazy nutcase that is compleltey stressed out.
Pick the way that keeps you sane.

I feel your pain. It is like an obsession is all I think too. Try to maintain yourself occupied doing a hobby, watching a good movie, read a book. I seems to work for me. Good luck.

the reason they tell you not to think about it is because then every month you find yourself with all kinds of pregnancy symptoms and then you go into depression and stress and this can make your body all crazy when in fact you are not pregnant. good luck
