Younger men who are attracted to older women do so, because they crave for a stronger mother figure, in what is medically, called Oedipus Complex. In a similar vein, younger women getting attracted to much older men need a Father figure, and it is called Electra Complex.
Younger men are attracted to older women because they feel these women have SEEN life, and are much more experienced and mature than they are, partly because they themselves aren't mature, and suffer some insecurities.
I have nothing against such relationships, but I wouldn't really go for a woman older than me, because I want a "baby and honey" not another "mommy".

Just think how much an older woman could teach a younger man, especially when it comes to pleasing a woman in or out of the sack. Older women just have more knowledge and experience. Not to mention the stamina factor, oh baby!
