Kevin Brooks Anyone?

Have you heard of him? What do you think? Personally he is my favorite author but Id like to hear from other people.

I haven't read everything he's written, but the two books I have read I have really enjoyed. I find his writing style to be excellent and very high quality. It's the way he tells the story, for me, that makes it good not necessarily the contents of the story. Meaning if you were to say the basic two sentence plot summary, I might not say, "Oh wow, I want to read that..." but if you tell me it's by Kevin Brooks....then I'm more than happy to devote an afternoon to reading it.
