Get a fake owl. I have even just used an owl's picture and kept birds away. The picture worked for 2 years then I had to go to the fake plastic owl.

If the fake owl doesn't work, I would try spraying a solution of hot pepper juice on the wall. Get a pound of jabenero peppers, put them in a blender with water, strain it with cheese cloth and/or panty hose, mix it with a gallon of water, and spray it on with a pump-up garden sprayer, or brush it on with large, soft-bristled brush.

NASA had same problem, they put a can of compressed air below most recent hole and when bird came back, landed on the can it triggered (you can do this manually) and blew him up into the air. was never seen again. You might ask you local fish and wildlife folk too

have had friends tape ribbons of paper to the general area their movement causes the bird to think something is there and it leaves
