On the DELL computers advert (on tv) the woman that is talking (the sales advisor on the phone) is speaking perfect English, but when you call yourself, you get through to someone in an obsure country, that speaks worse english than I can write. Are they falsley advertising? or has anyone spoken to someone that does infact speak english??

probably to get more money - encourage you to phone by giving the impression you will speak to this nice, intelligent understanding individual, then you get someone who frankly, could not give a damn and you are lucky if they speak the same langauge as you. All companies do it - banks...insurance....
