3.goldeneye or perfect dark (n64)
4.Kingdom hearts 1 and 2 (ps2)
5.legacy of kane:blood omen 1 (ps1)
6.the old marios (nes,snes,gameboy,n64)
7.Final fantasy 8(ps1)
8.knights of the old republic 1 and 2 (xbox)
9.Fable (xbox)
10.neverwinter nights (pc)
11.The elder scrolls 3: Morrowind (xbox)
12.The elder scrolls4: Oblivion (xbox360)
all the games above have the potential to be the best games ever created but they all fall short of ff7 in my opinion.

Well most people will have a different opinion but i think grand theft auto san andreas is the best game. It provides years of game play with mission or mini games for every type of gamer and wide variety of cars, boats and guns.
