There are a lot of free wrought iron patterns available on the internet. Rather than provide you a couple of websites, I would rather point you in the right direction to search. A Yahoo search for "wrought iron patterns" (include the quotation marks in the Yahoo search box) yields 209 results. If you do the same search, and are willing to spend a little time exploring, I'm sure that you will quickly find all kinds of interesting information.

You might also want to search for "ornamental iron", ornamental iron patterns", and other variations on the theme. Make sure you use the quotation marks so that the results include the exact phrase you specify.
