There was a scene in The World Is Not Enough that was in a casino. Bond looks at some womens underwear with some glasses or other then makes a fool of some body guard, has a drink and watches Elektra gamble lots of cash in the private room.

Although I think casinos feature in more than 1 Bond film!
In retrospect I think this might have in fact been a bar that had a small casino 'in the back'

It might have been better to ask which James Bond film DOESN'T have a casino scene!

When we first see James Bond in Dr No he is in a casino. Also when the Golden bullets are delivered in The Man With the Golden Gun, they are in a casino.

Never Say Never Again has a casino in it. So many Bond films have casinos in it. You should have said who was acting in it!

The first appearance was definitely in Dr No...Sean Connery utters the immortal "Bond...James Bond" with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth. Iconic.
Interestingly, did you know that Sean Connery is playing a cameo in the new film? Apparently he's playing a coward as a bit on in joke!

I thought Bond was an itinerant gambler and spent time in casinos whichever film it was.

Dr No I believe has one. It's at the tables where Sean Connery first uttered the line 'Bond, James Bond.'
