Okay doesn't seem like anyone has given you a good answer!!

*Have you been charting your BBT( basal body temp....$10@ walgreen's or walmart, every morning when you get up (or when hubby get's up)
*Checking your C.M (cervical mucus)
*Get an OPK (ovulation prediction kit)
*Also a great book to read is...Taking Charge of your Fertility by Toni Weshler. ($25 @ a local bookstore)
*NO STRESS, NO smoking, NO drinking!!
*Eat healthy and start taking viatmin's...for you...prenatel pill's (ask you OBGYN..tell them you are TTC (trying to conceive)
And for him have him take Men's one a day.
*Also alot of vitamin C will help. (and loose boxer's!!)
*And after sex, lay there with your man for ATLEAST 20 minutes!!
*A great website for charting your LMP and your "sex day's" is...yourdays.com or fertilityfriend.com and mymonthlycycles.com!!

If you HAVE BEEN doing all of this...you need to go a fertility specialist, if NOT, then try this 4-6 cycle's if still no luck go to a fertility specialist. It is possible your man has "low" sperm count, and mabey you should have sex every OTHER day! Mabey his sperm is "slow" and they can do a procedure to get the sperm "up there" Good luck!!

a few suggestions:

Pregnancy between a fertile couple can take up to 18 months, however if your worried or stressed, this may differ.

A healthy eating plan with no alcohol and plenty of gentle exercise could increase your chances.

There is no quick help guides and ideas such as lying down with your feet in the air will not necessarily increase your chances, however lying and chilling and talking or cuddling your partner for a while after, and not visiting the toilet to soon after intercourse should allow nature to take its course.

I wish you well! Take care

The legs up in the air does work, also try taking a folic acid supplement and relax it doesn't help if the two of you are stressed about not getting pregnant whilst you are trying to get pregnant.

Why don't you forget all the trying and go straight to a clinic, save all the heartache, thought it was easier nowadays with all these treatments and women have 3 and 4 at a time. Maybe it's not so expensive anymore.

To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.

After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.

After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.

Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

I agree with the first comment, that works!

also try taking your core body temperature to see when you're ovulating to maximise your chances. basically take your temp before you get out of bed each day and note it down. when you notice your temperature raises slightly that's when you're ovulating and should get to it!

Also surprisingly enuf too much sex can deplete his supplies somewhat so go for timing rather than quantity!

you should do preliminary investigations,
that will have to include:
1) sperm count, and sperm health,
2) make sure your eggs come regularly every month, and the tubes are open (not blocked),
if those come out (OK), then you have no problem
and your doctor may recommend some other tests
