I am using Outlook Express 6
I am sending an automatic reply to one of our clients and need the date sent to be included in the email. I have experience with computers just have never done this before.

I have no experience with HTML and dont really want to learn it.
If u have any code I can just copy and paste that would be great thanks. I was thinking I may have to send HTML format email.

It already does in the email header, and there's nothing you can do to stop it! The server marks the date and time of all messages sent and received for you.

As others have said, the time-stamp is always present on emails so the real question is probably how do I show the client how to check the date.

If he's using Outlook Express, he just has to right click the email, go in properties and look on the details tab, it's all there!

Hit "Tools" then "options" then "Send". Put a check mark in every box
