its a housing estate car park, its one person who blocks me in if i park nearest my house which happens to be opposite their house, they will block me in despite the fact the space next to me is empty! i am the only person who refuses to be intimidated by this family. most of the day that corner of the car park is empty because my neighbours dont want the hassle or to be sworn at! Petty stuff some might say but why should we cowtowe to these morons!!!

If someone blocks you in you can call the police and have them towed away.

Or block them in next time!!!

Depends on the owner of the car park.
If its your work car park, then they have to do something about it.
If its a Council run car park then you can get the traffic warden, and get them to tow the car away.
If there are spaces clearly marked out, and you are in a space, the person blocking you in is not in a space, then you will have some comeback.
Tell me who owns the car park.

OK If the Council owns the car park, and you are parked correctly, call the Council and report that a car is blocking you in. They will come and remove it!

I dont know about legal right but to make myself feel better but I would try to get in the situation and block others in, or specific car.

We were having problems with parking in my road last week though everyone has a driveway, 2 houses opposite me have 4 cars each. I just thought if I end up knocking you its your fault and there cars are nicer than mine so it would bother them more than me!!
